Like an addict running through his life savings ODummy will soon exhaust the "rich" as a source of funds and turn to the rest of us to finance his dream of reshaping the US into an impoverished nation ruled by the radical Left's dispensations of social justice.  Last night in the face of staggering deficits the One announced a new spending plan for the repaid TARP money. The funds could be used to reduce the deficit but that would not add to the glorification of the One.

Now it's off to Hopenhagen where Chairman Maobama sporting his new Nobel bling, armed with near dictatorial authority thanks to the EPA greenhouse gasses ruling, will no doubt go along with the international wealth redistribution scam to address the so called crisis. A "citizen" of the world can do no less even when it contributes to the ruination of the country he supposedly leads. Like veteran poker players greeting the arrival of a chump with a big bankroll, the Global Warming charlatans will hail ODummy as the very model of progress.

Deficit for next year to hit $482 billion amid sagging economy

In his first year in office, helped considerably by projections of continuing surpluses, Bush drove through a 10-year, $1.35 trillion package of tax cuts.

However, the country fell into a recession in March 2001 and government spending to fight the war on terrorism contributed to pushing the deficit to a record in dollar terms in 2004.

House Budget Committee Chairman John Spratt, D-S.C., said the new deficit figure confirms “the dismal legacy of the Bush administration: under its policies, the largest surpluses in history have been converted into the largest deficits in history.

No Nic, I didn't forget Bush's deficit spending. The $482 billion is around 60% of the porkulus bill alone, all deficit spending. The NObama first-year deficit is nearly 2 1/2 times the deficit the Dear Leader inherited. What is the possessor of God-like judgement going to do in the face of the highest budget deficit ever by miles? Why spend the TARP and TALF monies that have been paid back of course.

ODummy thinks he is dealing with CAC funds under the patient tutoring of Bomber Bill he gave away $165 million to improve Chicagoland schools. Test scores didn't improve but hey there is more where that came from. There is an endless supply of Other People's money, right Nic? Thanks to voters like you Nic dedicated to electing the latest fad to the Presidency, the pathological spender is in charge of the US Treasury, way to go Nic.  

BTW, if you subtract the funds looted from the SS trust fund, the vaunted Clinton "surplus" shrinks to insignificance.
